Data Account: Etisalat (this data account is the one you have created)
Connection Type: HTTP

Proxy Address: 010.170.071.005
Proxy Port: 8080

Username: wap
Password: wap

After that, Pass Through the Homepage to Visit other Site
Note= Do not enter address directly e.g gurusloaded.com rather browse it throught the url in the homepage.

Or
m.opera.com%3a2f.mebapp.com/power/m/http/Any web site without using "WWW"

For Example:-
